1,000,000 POINTS! Jedi Republic star systems from Coruscant to the Outer Rim celebrate this incredible milestone in JR history.
Parties are likely to continue well into the week as human and alien alike rejoyce. How far they have come from their meager beginnings to a top 10 metaverse power, today we reflect on the Jedi Republic's history...

NEW EMPIRE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS!

this was the headline that started it all, originally known as "the Republic" the young Jedi Republic held strong; enduring pesimism and doubt to grow and flourish....

"G.R.O.S.S. Get Rid Of Slimy alienS welcomes the empire into the metaverse and hopes it grows large enough for us to plunder. If not, you should consider joining us."

And then came the change... a new name and a new emblem, the newly proclamed Jedi Republic carried on, climbing the ranks...

"I can almost guarantee that once you sneak a Jedi reference into your name, recruitment would increase...."

So Right he was and now, three months later, with over 10 new jedi in the Order, for sure the doubters have been silenced...

"Thought I'd come up with something a touch more creative to replace the inimitable "Lone Locust of the Apocalypse."

As the mighty PBP brought the topic of Tennessee football into our previous thread, I shall henceforth be known as "Tal-Der Riesen" - a rough German translation of "Valley of the Giants." Homage to the Valley of the Jedi from Dark Forces 2 (the first real Jedi PC game), the Tennessee Valley, and of course the local Titans. What do you think?"

Two name changes later, number two, Obi-Wan Kenobi joined the rising Republic later in its history, but as most would tell you, contributed much to its future...

And the rest is a swirl, as much in the metaverse is... recruitment spikes and a new website, every one of those million points was won through utter will.

May the Force be with You, and may the Jedi Republic continue to grow...
